CAFAS Excel

UPDATED CAFAS EXCEL FILES DECEMBER 2015CAFAS_XL.zip

Includes new colour scheme and layout, and summary of results for all assessment criteria on Class List sheet (which you can graph [e.g. radar graph]) so you can now visualise student performance across the various criteria and easily scan for omissions/errors during the assessment process.

PLEASE NOTE: you will be able to find software that converts the Excel Sheets to PDF files (so that they can be emailed to students). The User Guide shows how to do this manually, however to save time, invest in some software to automate this process. e.g. you can get it from SobolSoft: Excel Export to Multiple PDF Files Software. http://www.sobolsoft.com/excelexportpdf/ Also I think Excel for Mac can do this already.

This page has a download for the Prototype Excel Version of CAFAS - "CAFAS Excel". This was the predecessor to the web based version "CAFAS Online".CAFAS_Excel.zip

If you have problems accessing the web based version - "CAFAS Online" - you may like to experiment with this version which you can simply download and use with Microsoft Excel. You will have to "enable macros" within Excel for it to work correctly.

Instructions are included in PDF format: CAFAS Excel User Guide.pdf
